OGGIE life is good.
1964, Cleveland. A 21-year-old drawing greeting cards for a living invents a frog. Forty-one years later the internet meets Pepe and calls it the original meme frog. It wasn't the first. Oggie was.

chapter one
Where he came from
Oggie is not a new drawing dressed up as an old one. He is an actual character out of underground comix, drawn before the moon landing, and the paper trail is public.
-
1962
A cartoonist takes a day job
Robert Crumb, nineteen, starts at American Greetings in Cleveland and spends four years on the Hi-Brow card line. His bosses push him toward a cuter style โ a footprint that stays in his hand for the rest of his career.
-
1963
The Big Yum Yum Book
He draws a full-colour graphic novel: The Story of Oggie and the Beanstalk. The hero is a toad who fits nowhere โ not with the intellectuals, not with the bohemians, not with the businessmen. Every generation since has recognised him.
-
โ
Up the beanstalk
After a bad night Oggie buries a handful of dead ladybugs under his floorboards. A beanstalk tears up through the planks and carries him into the sky, into an upside-down world, where he meets a giant named Guntra. He does not come back the same frog.
-
1964
Oggie the Frog, on paper
Loose pen-and-ink Oggie the Frog sketches from 1964–65 still come up at auction today โ Heritage, Bonhams, artnet. That is the year on the birth certificate.
-
1975
Finally printed
The book waits twelve years for a publisher. Scrimshaw Press puts it out as R. Crumb's The Yum Yum Book; it returns in 1995 under the title everyone knows it by now.
-
2005
A second frog
Matt Furie draws Pepe in Boy's Club. Four panels, four words: feels good man. Furie has always named the underground comix generation as his lineage. Oggie got there forty-one years earlier โ with a better mantra.

Oggienomics
There isn't much to explain, which is the point. It's a pump.fun coin: one bonding curve, same terms for everyone from the first buy.
The pump.fun standard. No mint after launch.
No allocation, no private round, no unlock schedule to read.
When the curve completes, pump.fun deposits and burns the LP.
Memes, plates and whoever shows up. That's the whole plan.
Don't take our word for it โ check the coin on Pump.fun and the mint on Solscan.
four steps
How to buy
-
Get a Solana wallet
Phantom or Solflare, on your phone or as a browser extension. Write the seed phrase down on paper and never type it into anything.
-
Put some SOL in it
Buy SOL on any exchange and send it to your wallet address, or use the wallet's own buy button. Leave a little for fees.
-
Open the coin
Open Pump.fun or FOMO and paste the contract address. Check it character by character โ there are several unrelated tokens using the Oggie name.

Swap, then relax
Enter an amount, confirm in the wallet, done. Both apps trade the same coin on the same curve โ pick whichever you already use. Then go do something Oggie would do.
